I AM SUCCESS

Every individual brings value.

When employers recognize the value that able workers, with disabilities, bring to the workplace, everyone prospers. Whether hired for a professional, technical, administrative or advocacy-related role, the bottom line is that employing able people with disabilities makes good business sense.

At the Monadnock Center for Successful Transitions, we share knowledge and build awareness among employers, employees, able workers with disabilities and their families.

We also offer resources to young people with disabilities who are transitioning from high school to the work force. We make connections that have life changing results, for everyone.

The impact of just one life on an organization can be significant.

Courtney’s smile and sense of pride can light up a room. She has worked at Hannaford Supermarket for over a decade as a service clerk, providing essential services to customers and staff.

Hannaford’s offers Courtney the opportunity to be a part of a team, where she knows she is appreciated and productive. The enjoyment she gets from interacting with a wide variety of people on a daily basis is evident in her genuine eagerness to work every day.

“Courtney has become a part of the corporate culture here at Hannaford’s. Her friendliness, diligence and attention to detail make her a favorite of customers and employees, alike. She makes our work days—and our company—very special.”
Rachel Ripley, Manager, Customer Service,
Hannaford Supermarket
